Since moving to the Bay Area from Canada several years ago, I've been influenced by the Latin culture that surrounds me here. For those of you who aren't familiar with La Loteria, it is a traditional Mexican game. Simply, it's Mexican Bingo. The difference being, you use pictures, not numbers. Each card also has a rhyme on the back of the card. For each image I have included the Spanish verse, and the English translation. Please click on the gallery pictures to view.

I began this series in 2005. The size of each card is 2.5 X 3.5 ATC / Artist Trading Card format. I am still working on completing the set and auction the originals periodically on eBay.
